5 TROUBLESHOOTING

Error message / Troubleshooting
QuikRead go does not start.
Touch panel on display is not functioning
properly.
Instrument alarm sounds cannot be heard.
28 TROUBLESHOOTING
The QuikRead go instrument displays error mes-
sages and guides the user in case it detects er-
rors. Follow the instruction displayed and see the
troubleshooting table in this instruction for use
Possible cause
Power unit is not connected.
The instrument has an electronic malfunction.
Touch calibration is not correct
i.e. the active area is not under the button.
Touch panel is not responding at all.
Volume is set at a low level.
Instrument sound system has a malfunction.

Contact your local supplier in case of needed
support or a repair requirement.
Corrective action
Connect power unit and retry.
Contact customer service.
Calibrate the touch screen according to the
procedure described in the maintenance
chapter.
Contact customer service.
Set volume according to the procedure de-
scribed in the chapter on personal settings.
Restart QuikRead go. If the problem persists,
please contact customer service.
