1. GENERAL NOTES:
Please read this booklet carefully. It contains important information about safe installation,
use and maintenance. Keep this booklet in a convenient place for further reference.
(1) Check the general condition of the unit after removing the packaging. When in doubt
do not operate the unit and contact a qualified service repair person authorised by BA

(2) Before connection, check to see that the identification plate indicates the correct voltage
for the electrical supply system. lnstallation must be carried out in compliance with all
applicable safety standards and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The
manufacturer will not be held responsible for damage to objects and/or harm to peo-
ple caused by improper installation. The unit is safe only when connected correctly to

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND ITS USE:
The vibrators of the LAB VIBRATOR series have been developed for vibrating and compac-
ting investments, plasters or similar materials. This procedure improves the homogeneity
of the product and eliminates air bubbles that could be generated while mixing and melting
the product.
The LAB VIBRATORS are equipped with an easy to remove rubber plate to facilitate clea-
ning and a power regulator which allows continuous change to the vibration intensity from
minimum to maximum. The LAB VIBRATOR medium model is also supplied with a two-way
switch for selecting a lower and a higher vibration.

4. IMPORTANT WARNINGS:
(1) Check to see that the main voltage corresponds to the power requirements for the unit
as specified on the identification label.
(2) During the vibration the material on the vibrator could overflow. Avoid any spillage of
material from the rubber plate in to the machinery as this could result in damage.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
(1) Check to see that the main voltage corresponds to the power requirements for the unit
as specified on the identification label. Plug cable into machine and power socket.
(2) On Lab Vibrator medium select the desired vibration by using switch (17) while the ma-
chine is switched off.
(3) To start vibrator use on/off switch (16).
(4) Adjust the vibration level by means of the knob (15).
(5) Place the ring with the material to be vibrated on the rubber place for the desired time.
6. MAINTENANCE:
The vibrators require minimal maintenance apart from occasional cleaning of the rubber
plate. This should be carried out with the rubber plate removed from the vibrator.
7. WARNINGS:
If replacement of an internal part is required, disconnect the equipment from the power
before removing the upper plate.
8. MALFUNCTION CAUSES-REMEDIES:
(1) The vibrator doesn't start:
1.1 Check that the plug is correctly inserted in the sockets and that the electrical cord is
not damaged.
1.2 Check that the fuse is not burned out, otherwise replace it with one with the same
characteristics.
