Warning/error signals
• Low battery is indicated on the remote control by a
flashing of the relative icon and an acoustic signal (a
sequence of double BEEPs).

Error warnings are indicated on the display by the
relative codes (ER01, ER02, etc...) and an acoustic

malfunctions will be indicated as:
ER02 : blockage of the fan motor intaking fresh air

ER04 : the remote control does not receive signals
from the appliance
ER05 : the remote control is not transmitting signals
to the appliance.
ER09 : the Relative Humidity sensor in the stale air
outlet delivery duct from the house upstream of the
exchanger is not active;
It should be noted that malfunction signals caused by
critical appliance malfunctions will cause the
appliance to stop working until the problem has been
resolved. In this case, the alarm will sound for 30
seconds. After this time it will stop and an error
message will remain on the display. In other cases,
once a problem has been signalled, the appliance will
go on working at V min . The alarm will sound for 5
seconds. After this time it will stop and an error
message will remain on the display. In these
circumstances, the user will not be able to change the
operating mode(e.g. MAN or AUTO). Pressing the
RESET button following the display of a malfunction
code will shut off the acoustic alarm; The display on
the remote control unit however will continue to show
the malfunction signal until the problem has been
resolved.
Maintenance/Cleaning
Appliances in the Vort Leto Mev range do not need
scheduled maintenance work. Depending upon the
degree of pollution in the areas served by the units,
you are recommended to have the inside of the
appliances cleaned every 3/4 years (to be carried out
by a qualified technician)

INSTALLATION
Appliances in the Vort Leto Mev range are compatible
with installation in differing types of buildings whether
