OPERATION
Insert the grid into the pot first. Then place the preserving jars and add water.
When the machine is plugged into the power outlet, an audible signal sounds and the default setting is
displayed, for example:
Display 2
85 °C
Display 3
30 minutes
The display 5 shows the current temperature of the hot water.
Now set the required temperature and time.
Temperature
•
Turn the knob 1 and set the temperature in the range 30–100 °C.
•
Or set the maximum temperature over 100 °C. The display 2 shows:
Time
•
Turn the knob 4 and set the time in the range 1–120 minutes.
or press the button 4. The display 3 shows ∞. TIMER is off.

NOTICE:
•
This setting must be done before starting the electric preserving pot.
•
You cannot set the TIMER together with maximum temperature.
Start
•
After setting the temperature and time, press the button 1.
•
The electric preserving pot starts to heat the water. 6 lines start flashing on the display 3.
•
When the set temperature is reached, a beep sounds. The TIMER starts at this point.
•
When the set time has elapsed, a beep sounds.
Turning off
•
Wait until the TIMER finishes the preserving process or press the button 1.
•
The lines on the display 3 stop flashing.
•
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
CLEANING
WARNING:
•
Always switch off and unplug the appliance before washing it. Wait for the appliance to cool and drain the
water from the pot.
•
Do not immerse the pot in water or other liquids.
ATTENTION:
•
Do not use steel wool or other sharp objects.
•
Do not use any acids or abrasive cleaners.
•
After use, a damp cloth is sufficient to clean the pot and its lid.
•
If you have heated beverages in the pot, wash it with water and a little detergent and then rinse with water.
•
Rinse the tap with clean water.
•
Dry all parts thoroughly.
Power cord retraction mechanism
Wind the power cord back to the bottom part.
Descaling
•
The descaling frequency depends on the hardness of the water and the frequency of use.
