4.8. Service components

Machine serves:
Some of the basic components the SBH-E has been made up with, are intended for the operation of the ma-
with regard to their settings. The major settings of the machine can be reduced to three groups:
Metering pumps:
can control accurately the added quantity of additives within the high pressure piping.
According to the chosen SBH-E type, in combination with the matching MPR (CS), the number of additive selec-
tions through the machine operation can be different. For each additive that can be incorporated, a separate
metering pump has been installed on the SBH-E. Since all metering pumps can be operated individually, the
additives can be adjusted and disconnected separately on the machine. The metering pumps are situated inside
the machine basis against the rear, as pictured in paragraph 3.2. The SBH-E has three metering pumps:
* Metering pump 1: addition of wax
* Metering pump 2: addition of shampoo
* Optional pump: addition of other additives (e.g. insect cleaner, grease remover,...)
Electricity box:
The drive mechanism, composed by DiBO, is situated in the SBH-E electricity boxes: switching relays, fuses and
other necessary electrical elements. The composition of the drives may be different, depending on the chosen
type. The SBH-E basis contains more electricity boxes:
* The exterior box, which is the same for the whole SBH-E range, principally contains electrical components
for the machine basis such as the boiler and the high pressure pump.

*In option, there can be an additional drive box next to the metering pumps.
This box is dependent on the coin selector (CS), which drives the SBH-E.
According to the construction of these boxes it is important to know the location of the main components, partic-
responding to the references in the manual. The table on the next page contains a summary of these numbers:
