7. Possible Malfunctions

Problem
The device is
connected to an
electricity source,
turned on, tempera-
ture set, but the green
control light does not
come on and the
device does not heat
up.
The orange control
light comes on, but the
temperature in the
device does not rise.
The green standby
light comes on, but the
orange operation
control light does not
come on even though
the temperature has
been set.
The heating element
stops heating.
The aforementioned problems are only examples. If these or other problems
appear, turn the device off immediately and stop using it. Ask for help from
qualified specialist personnel in examining and repairing the device.
Cause
• Plug improperly inserted
• Circuit breaker activated
• Circuit box installed
improperly
• No contact in microswitch
• Overheating protection
mechanism activated
• Damaged temperature
regulator (overheating
protection)
• The heating element
terminal is damaged
• Heating element is
damaged
• The set temperature has
been reached
• Damaged temperature dial
• Damaged control light
• The overheating protection
mechanism has come on
Solution
• Remove the plug and
reinsert it correctly
• Check the circuit breaker,
check the device by
connecting it to another
socket
• Check placement of the
circuit box
• Contact a sales agent
• Press the RESET button
on the circuit box
