2 Safety Notes
The camera corresponds to the directive 89/336/EEC
for electromagnetic compatibility.
The camera is only suitable for indoor use. For out-
side mounting it must be placed into a weatherproof
housing.
Protect the camera against dust, humidity, and heat
(admissible ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).
Align the camera so that the lenses of the lens
assembly are not exposed to direct sunlight. This
might damage the CCD image sensor chip.
If the camera is used for purposes other than orig-
inally intended, if it is not connected or operated cor-
rectly or not repaired in an expert way, there is no lia-
bility for possible damage.
