5 Troubleshooting

NOTICE!
Risk of material damage due to leaking water.
If there are leaks in the system and the water supply is not shut off, considerable quanti-
ties of water may leak out and cause material damage.
– In case of leaks in the system and for clearing faults, shut off the water supply
immediately.
When using the service cartridge, the following problems may occur:

Remedy
Check the water pressure for the minimum volume flow
rate ( Ä Chapter 6 „Technical data" on page 35). Check
the filter system and service cartridge for blockages and
replace the components as necessary.
Check the hoses for leaks and screw them tight or
replace them as necessary.
Use a new service cartridge (
the service cartridge" on page 32).
Remove the service cartridge from the filter head. Make
sure that the cartridge lid is correctly fitted to the car-
tridge cup. Insert the cartridge back into the filter head
and lock it in place ( Ä Chapter 4.3 „Inserting the service
cartridge" on page 32).
Remove the service cartridge from the filter head and
check the O-ring seals. Replace any faulty seals. If the
problem recurs, select a different cleaning solution.
