affixed to this device in accordance with the essential requirements
and other relevant provisions of the following European Directives:

MPEG-4 Visual Patent Portfolio License

This MINOX ACX 300 is licensed under the MPEG-4 Visual Patent Portfolio
License for personal and non-commercial purposes to:
1. encode video files in compliance with the MPEG-4 standard and/or
2. decode MPEG-4 video files that was encoded by a consumer engaged in
a personal and non-commercial activity and/or was obtained from a video
provider licensed to provide MPEG-4 video. For other purposes, no license
is granted or implied for the MPEG-4 standard.
