3. Assembly
Important! To prevent damage, place the radiator
upside down on a soft surface (for example a carpet).
3.1 Mounting the castors (Fig. 2 – 4)
Mount the wheel holder plus axle (1). In doing so,
make sure that both pins (2) on the wheel holder are
inserted into the appropriate recesses in the housing
of the oil-filled radiator (3). Then fasten the wheel
holder to the housing of the oil-filled radiator with the
screw (4) and the washer (5). Push the castors (6)
onto the axle (7) as far as they will go.
3.2 Mounting the supporting foot (Fig. 5 – 6)
Mount the supporting foot (8) on the housing of the
oil-filled radiator. Make sure that both pins (10) on the
supporting foot are inserted into the appropriate
recesses in the housing of the oil-filled radiator. Then
fasten the supporting foot to the housing of the oil-
filled radiator with the screw (11) and the washer
(12).
4. Technical data:
Rated voltage:
230 V ~ 50 Hz
Output:
1500 W (600 W/900 W/1500 W)
Thermostat control:
Infinitely adjustable
Heating ribs:
Protection class:
Mains lead:
3 x 1 mm
5. Proper use
The appliance is designed only for private use, not
for commercial heating purposes.
6. Starting up
Important! Before using the appliance for the first
time, check that the voltage supply is the same as
the voltage details set out on the data plate.
Read safety instructions listed under section 1.
6.1 Function switch (Fig. 7):
Low output – activate switch (1)
Medium output – activate switch (2)
Maximum output – activate switches (1+2)
The possible output levels are listed in the technical
data in point 4.

6.2 Thermostat control/Room thermostat
(Fig. 7 / Item 3):
Switch on the required output using the two function
switches. Turn the control to "MAX" until the required
room temperature has been reached. Then turn
down the control until you hear a clear click. The
thermostat control will switch the radiator on and off
automatically to maintain the room temperature at an
almost constant level. However, this presupposes
that the radiator has a sufficient output to cover the
heating requirements for the room.
6.3 Humidifying
The air humidifying tank can be filled with clean water
which then slowly evaporates during operation. This
evaporation increases the humidity of the heated air.
You can also use the oil-filled radiator without filling
the water tank (no humidification of air in the room).
Note:
Regularly check the contents of the water tank in
order to ensure optimal humidification of the room air.
Fill the tank with clean water only. The water tank
and the water in the tank for air humidifying become
very hot during heating.
6.3.1 Filling the tank (Fig. 8 - 9)
Remove the tank mount on the back of the oil-filled
radiator. To do this, press the spring lock (1)
9
downwards, pull the tank mount forward and remove
IP20
it from the oil-filled radiator.
2
x 1,65 m
Push the tank (2) upwards and out of the mount (3).
Open the tank lid (4), fill in clean water and close the
tank lid again.
To reinstall the tank, proceed in reverse order.
7. Storage
If the radiator is not used for a lengthy period of time,
the mains lead must be stored in full in the
compartment provided for it. The radiator has to be
stored in a dry place, covered if possible.
8. Maintenance and cleaning
Maintenance and repair work may only be carried
out by an authorized electrical servicing contractor
or the customer service responsible for your
country.
Check the mains lead at regular intervals for signs
of defects or damage. A damaged mains lead may
only be replaced by an electrician or the customer
service responsible for your country in compliance
