3. Initial setup

Important:
The mobile diesel filling station DT-Mobil Easy
460 l / 600 l must be permanently provided with
the sticker UN1202 for diesel and the hazard
label (flame on red background) on the prepared
place on the front and rear.
The stickers are enclosed with the tank papers.

4. Filling the container

• Unscrew cap (item b) with integrated ventila-
tion valve (item a) on the filling opening. The
container may only be filled with a self-closing
delivery nozzle.
• After filling, the cap must be screwed on tight
again.
• Contamination of the container caused by the
filling must be removed immediately with a dry
cloth.
• Cap (item. e) for the optional installation of a
level indicator for checking the fill level.

5. Operation

5.1 Transport

Four brackets (item c) are
attached to the side of the tank
for securing the DT-Mobil Easy
460 l / 600 l to the transport
vehicle. Suitable tensioning
belts must be used for this.
The pertinent regulations for
securing loads must be observed, in particular
the STVO (Highway Code), VDI (Association of
German Engineers) guidelines and European
standard CEN 12195 Parts 1-4 (calculation and
lashing).
The place on which the tank is positioned on or
in the transport vehicle must be level, stable and
free from sharp objects. We recommend the use
of a non-slip mat for this!

An empty DT-Mobil Easy 460 l / 600 l can be
transported by hand using the grip hollows
on the side of the tank. A filled DT-Mobil Easy
460 l / 600 l can be lifted and transported with the
forklift at the shaped recesses on the underside.
