Troubleshooting

Possible cause
Plug not inserted into socket.
Automatic circuit breaker in
electrical distribution board
tripped.
The jug is not fitted properly.
Ingredients do not reach the
minimum filling quantity.
Too many appliances connect-
ed to the same power circuit.
No fault detected.
The blade is caught up in
larger pieces of food.
Remedy
Insert plug.
Switch on the automatic
circuit breaker again.
Fit and lock the jug
properly.
Fill the jug up to the
minimum level with the
ingredients.
Reduce the number of
appliances on the power
circuit.
Contact customer serv-
ice.
Cut the food into chunks.
