USING THE OVEN FUNCTIONS
Grill + fan
The grill element and the fan in the back of the oven are turned on. The fan circulates the hot
air. It is best to preheat the oven before placing dishes in the oven.
Preparation guidelines
Take the temperatures and times in this table as a guideline for grilling. Set a grilling
temperature of 220 °C and preheat the oven for 5 minutes.

Note
Preheating is recommended.
If you open the door during the preparation, the oven will stop. Close the door and press Start
to start the oven again.

For grilling, the grill rack + ceramic baking or
the baking tray are usually placed on level 1
or 3.
* Temperature setting: 150 - 230 °C
* Use oven crockery which is resistant to a
temperature of 230 °C.
