8. Remove the hexagon nuts and washers on the front
of the retaining plate (4)
9. Remove the screws of the boiler retaining plate (5)
10. Remove the retaining plate

13. Separate the burner cover with mix channel from the
fan (7) and remove the air plate (A)

Note: Assembly steps 8 - 18 only apply to gas condensing boilers of series Paramount two 80 (serial
number 811XXXX and higher) and Paramount three 80. For gas condensing boilers of series Para-
mount 80 and Paramount two 80 (serial number lower than 811XXXX) the burner must not be re-
moved (continue with assembly step 19).

11. Remove hexagon nuts and washers on the burner
cover (6) and pull out the burner with mixing chan-
nel, fan, inlet air guide and intake silencer towards
the front
12. Remove old burner seal

14. Separate the inlet air guide with intake silencer
from the fan (8)
15. Remove blanking plate (9) and mount the inlet air
guide with intake silencer without blanking plate
back on the fan
Important! A new O-ring (standard delivery) must
be installed when mounting.
