NuVinci N380 gear hub

With the NuVinci gear hub transmission system,
you can adjust the transmission rati o infi nitely
via a twist grip. Turn the twist grip away from the
body to reduce the transmission rati o, e.g. for
starti ng up or for uphill riding. Turn the twist grip
towards the body to increase the transmission
rati o and ride at faster speeds.
When at a standsti ll, only 50 to 70% of the transmission range is available
on NuVinci hubs. The remaining range is only available while riding.

Gates Carbon Drive

When delivered, the belt is opti mally tensioned and does not have to be re-
tensioned even aft er prolonged use of the drive. Correctly mounted, the belt is
extremely resilient in the pulling directi on. The carbon fi bres embedded in the belt
are very fl exible but sensiti ve to the following issues:
