Troubleshooting

Pump is not running
Multi-vane impeller blocked
Reduced pumping capacity

Cause
• No mains voltage available
• Fuse has tripped
• Mains cable damaged
• Float switch defective
• Overheating
• Soiling, solids have become lodged between the
multi-vane impeller and the spiral housing
• Intake cage blocked
• Spiral housing worn
• Multi-vane impeller worn
• Ventilation pipe blocked

Remedial measures
• Check mains voltage
• Replace fuse
• Repair only by qualified electricians/service partners
• Replace the cover with float switch (only qualified
electricians)
• Submersible pump switches back on again automati-
cally when the temperature has dropped again
