3-5. Setting the output signal minimum
phase difference
When the A/B phase difference that was set by OPTION
switches 7 and 8 (minimum phase difference 1 and 2 switches)
drops below the minimum phase difference setting value, an
alarm signal is generated.
The default setting is 100 ns.
The maximum response frequency in section 3-3-1 is the
value when the minimum phase difference setting is 100 ns.
