Connect another appliance
to the same socket to check
if the socket is live. If the
wall socket is live, but the
BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
does not charge, contact

Press the button on the
BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
to restart charging.
Press the button on the
BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
to restart charging.
No action required.
Make sure that you switch
on Bluetooth on your smart
device.
Run the app, tap 'Settings, then
'Your devices' and check if
'BlueTouch' is in the list. If not,
click 'Add new BlueTouch' and
switch on the BlueTouch Pain
Relief patch to pair the patch
to your smart device.
