2. Cleaning the unit:
Clean the unit with a soft damp cloth. Do not use any
aggressive detergents. Make sure that no water or deter-
gent gets into the unit. After cleaning, dry off the unit with a
soft cloth.
3. Cleaning the bits:
If you are using bits made from tool steel (not rust-proof),
use a disinfectant that contains an anticorrosive agent.
4. Cleaning the handpiece:
• Keep the inner workings of the hand unit as free as
possible from dust and filing residue.
• Remove dirt from the outer surface of the hand unit with
a cloth moistened with alcohol and prevent moisture from
entering the unit.
