Interrupting a Program
When a program is running, leave it to finish.
In case you need to stop the program for security reasons, re-press the button of the
respective program to stop the program.
Give the device a few seconds to stop the program.

PROGRAMS

Always make sure you have both, the water tank and the milk tank, filled with the
amount of liquid necessary for your brewing program. If in doubt, check the tank and fill
it to a level between the marks MIN and MAX as described in the chapter OPERATION.
If you use milk, make sure to clean the milk system after use as described in the part
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE to avoid possible food intoxication.
Always place a vessel of appropriate size on the cup holder before you choose the
brewing program to prevent accidental burns from hot liquid pouring out of the outlet.
You may use a coffee cup, a jug or any heat-resistant food safe vessel that safely fits on
the cup holder.
Always, use medium-coarse grounded coffee powder, as using fine Espresso coffee
powder may block the screen filter.
Do not overfill coffee powder in the screen line to ensure proper functioning of your
device.
Choose one of the following programs to brew your favourite hot beverage.
CAUTION: Do not use the device in continuous operation. The device is
not designed for continuous operation. The device becomes hot during
continuous operation. Auto cooling turns on and the device uses water
from the water tank to cool down. It releases the heat as steam from the
emergency steam opening on the front of the device. The drip plate and drip
tray are hot. Keep away from the device during auto cooling and do not
touch the device during this operation. Always allow the device 15 minutes to
cool down after each brewing process to prevent damage to the device.
CAUTION: When choosing the program MILK FOAM, MILK TEA, CAFFÈ
LATTE or CAPPUCCINO make sure to align the milk spout to the angle of the
cup before you start brewing to prevent accidental burns by hot liquid.
The programs will stop automatically when preparing is completed. You can stop a
program manually by re-pressing the button of the respective program.
For example: To stop the program COFFEE, simply re-press the button COFFEE.
