Installation
Connection to refillable storage cylinder (m001 and m001 duo):
Screw the connecting nut on the bottom of the pressure regulator (a) to the external thread of the cylinder valve on
the disposable storage cylinder. Tighten the connecting nut by hand. Close the adjusting screw (f) clockwise if it is not
already closed. Open the storage cylinder valve of the refillable cylinder fully. The left-hand gauge (c) now shows the
cylinder pressure of about 60 bar and the right-hand gauge (d) shows the operating pressure of about 1.5 bar. Continue
as described for u001.
Attach the CO
hose of your CO
2
using the adjustment screw (f).
Connection to disposable storage cylinders (u001):
Screw the pressure regulator fitting with the reverse internal thread (b) briskly onto the external thread of the disposable
storage cylinder. After a few turns a brief hissing noise will be heard. Continue to turn briskly until resistance is felt. Then
turn about half a turn more until the fitting is hand-tight. The left-hand gauge (c) now shows the cylinder pressure of
about 60 bar and the right-hand gauge (d) shows the operating pressure of about 1.5 bar. Close the adjusting screw (f)
clockwise if it is not already closed.
Attach the CO
hose of your CO

using the adjustment screw (f).
Conversion of m001 and m001 duo to disposable storage bottles
Remove the connecting nut (a) for the refillable storage cylinder on the back of the pressure regulator by using an Allen
key (size 6). The exposed thread (b) fits the disposable storage cylinder JBL ProFlora u500.
Conversion of u001 to refillable storage bottles
Screw the adapter JBL ProFlora Adapt u-m into the connecting thread (b) of the pressure regulator u001 by using an
hose 4 / 6 mm.
