If food is stuck in the feed tube
proceed as follows:

Switch off the appliance immediately and pull the plug on the power
cable
–
Turn the housing lid
towards the marking on the sieve tray holder
into place.
–
Remove the housing lid
–
Remove the food pieces causing the blockage.
–
Reassemble the appliance and resume operation.
SAFETY CUT-OUT / RESET FUNCTION

If pieces of food get stuck and the appliance turns itself off, the safety
cut-out has tripped. The appliance switches itself off before the motor can
be damaged by overheating. The appliance cannot be switched back on
until you reset the safety cut-out.
Proceed as follows to be able to use the appliance again.
–
Set the on/off switch

for 10–15 minutes.

Turn the housing lid
towards the marking on the sieve tray holder

Remove the housing lid
–
Remove the food pieces causing the blockage.
–
Carefully remove the sieve tray
base
–
Press the "reset" button on the underside of the appliance base
–
Reassemble the appliance and resume operation.
