Power breakdown
Operation Limits
The display (1) shows the program value for about 10
seconds before the kiln temperature reappears. The
corresponding section in the firing curve (8) lights up
during this value query.
Note that when checking t1 or t2, only the remaining time
left in the segment is shown
To change the firing curve of an already running firing
process, it must first be stopped by pressing the key (10).
After changing the firing curve, continue the firing
process by pressing the button (10) again.
The
PYROTEC
unauthorized access via the keyboard lock. Pressing and
holding the "T2" key (3) locks the keyboard. The decimal
point on the left side of the display (1) means "Keyboard
locked". After locking the keyboard, only values can be
queried but you cannot for instance start or interrupt a
firing.
To unlock the controller, press and hold down the „T2"
key (3) until the decimal point disappears.
In case of a power failure the firing process is
interrupted. When the mains voltage returns, the
PYROTEC PY1 continues the firing process at the point
where the power breakdown occurred. If the furnace
temperature has dropped more than 50°C during the
breakdown, the firing process is interrupted and the error
message „E b3„ appears.
All times are entered in the form „hours : minutes" with a
maximum of 99 hours 59 minutes. Temperatures are
accepted in the range of 20°C to 1320°C. At a maximum
firing temperature of 1320°C the dwell time is limited to
10 minutes for safety reasons.
