12. Kit MULCHiNG
The mowing and collecting equipments can be transformed, by mounting the special kit, into mulching plates.
MOuNTING THE MulCHING KIT:
1- disassemble the collection blades discs (4 nuts);
2- position the shaped closing plate inside the body of the machine ;
3- pierce the body by using the same shaped closing plate as a mask;
4- fix the shaped plate by means of the fixing elements that came with the "kit";
5- Assamble the "Mulching" closing plate (torque 24 Nm).
ATTENTION: Pay attention to the direction of blade wings: it is connected with the rotating
direction of the rotors.

13. EXtrAordiNAry MAiNtENANCE

for the extraordinary maintenance of the mower deck, contact only an authorised service center.
14. iNACtiVity of tHE EQUiPMENt
In case the mower deck has to remain idle for a long period of time, it is convenient to carry out some operations
to ensure its efficiency when reused and the duration of the same for years:
1) claen carefully the whole equipment
2) carry out a thorough check of the body shell, of the mechanical and pneumatic parts of the sweeper.
3) carry out,if necessary, the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations described above
4) store the equipment in a dry and well ventilated place.
5) cover with a non-impermeable sheet..
