Limitations on use
Certain chemicals are subject to restrictions regarding the
period of use depending on concentration, state of aggregation
and ambient conditions. For information on mechanical and
chemical resistance as well as on temperature resistance, see
"Resistance of the suit material" on page 36.
Avoid heat and open flames. The chemical protective suit is
not suitable for fire fighting. For operational temperatures, see
chap. 8 on page 36.
The chemical protective suit does not offer protection against
radiation of radioactive particles or radiation damage.
The chemical protective suit may not be used when it is
damaged or worn.

The standards according to which the respective
chemical protective suit is approved are marked with a
dot on the rating plate.
The following warranty provisions apply to chemical protective
suits which are approved according to NFPA 1991:2005:
If not otherwise agreed between Dräger and the customer, the
following applies for material or manufacturing errors: The
customer contacts the company where he purchased the
product (the "seller"). The warranty provisions which have
been agreed between the customers and seller apply. The
product has to be used in the same way as described in the
Instructions for Use. When the product is used differently, this
may mean that the warranty claims not valid.
