6.5.2 Electromagnetic emissions
Guidelines and manufacturer's declaration – electromagnetic interferences
The lifting column is designed for operation in an electromagnetic environment as specified below. Ensure
that the lifting column is used in such an environment.
EMI measurements
HF emissions
according to CISPR 11 / EN 55011
HF emissions
according to CISPR 11 / EN 55011
Emission of
harmonics
according to IEC 61000-3-2
Emission of
Voltage fluctuations /
flicker
according to IEC 61000-3-3
The lifting column must not be used directly next to or with other devices. If such operation is
required, the medical device must be observed in order to check its intended operation in this
arrangement.
The lifting column is equipped with a IEC 60320 low-heat power supply cable with a max. length
of 2 m.
When using cables that are longer than the ones supplied, or otherwise unsuitable, the emissions
and the immunity of the lifting column can be adversely affected.

Electromagnetic environment - guideline
The medical device only uses HF energy for its
internal function. Therefore, the HF emission
is very low and it is unlikely that adjacent elec-
tronic equipment will be disturbed.
The medical device is suitable for use in all
environments. This includes environments in
residential areas and those directly connected
to the public utility network, which also sup-
plies residential buildings.
