Fixing of attachments/loads to the guide slide of the linear unit.
Sliding block fixings
With this linear unit, attachments or loads can be positioned
and fixed on the guide slide with RK sliding blocks. The RK
sliding blocks are pushed into the profile grooves in the gui-
de slide and positioned according to the fixing specification
for the attachments/loads.
Sliding block rail fixings
With this linear unit, attachments or loads can be positioned
and fixed on the guide slide with RK sliding blocks rails (1).
The RK sliding block rails are pushed into the profile grooves
in the guide slide and positioned in the groove with a grub
screw (2).
The grub screw serves purely to secure and position the sliding block rail in the profile
groove.
Forces may only be transmitted via the mounting thread in the rail. Bolts for securing
attachments/loads must not be supported in the groove root.
The drilling pattern of the RK sliding block rail dictates the
position for fixing of the attachments/loads.
