Caution: this operation will restore all the factory settings, deleting
all changes made.
1. Enter the Installer menu (See point 19).
2. Select the Program Monitor menu using the

} Wait 1 minute.
} Make sure that the secondary monitor has the same address as
the main monitor in the relevant residential unit (point 22).
} Make sure that the main monitor is receiving power (point 10).
} Make sure that the correct password has been entered (point 20).

} Make sure that the installation distances have been observed
(point 8).
No connection with the external unit.
Solutions:
} Wait 1 minute.
} Make sure that the external unit is wired correctly (point 2).
} Make sure that the external unit is receiving power (point 9).
} Make sure that the bridge Art. 1398 is wired correctly (point 7A,
7B, 7C).
} Make sure that the password for bridge Art. 1398 is the same as
the password for the power supply unit of the monitor in the same
residential unit.
} Make sure that the installation distances have been observed
(point 8).
