Connecting external Audio Sources (MP3 Player, etc.)
The AUX input (6) is located next to the power socket. You can connect external
audio sources such as your MP3 player, etc.
1. Set the turning knob (9) to the FM or AM position to switch on the radio.
2. Use the supplied audio cable to connect the audio player to the 3.5 mm TRS
AUX input. As soon as you insert a plug into the AUX input, radio reception
turns off.
3. Start playing back the music on your audio player. The music is played back
now via the internal speaker of the heavy duty work radio.
Installing the Telescopic Antenna
For best reception and clarity, screw the included telescopic antenna on the radio.
First remove the short antenna (2) and then replace it with the telescopic
antenna.
When listening to broadcasts, extend the telescopic antenna to its full length,
for the best reception and clarity.
If you do not use the radio or transport it, push the antenna completely back
in to avoid damaging by mistake.
Maintaining and Care
Please use a soft cloth and mild detergents which do not pit the plastic
