12. Troubleshooting
Problem
„NO signal" is

The wireless camera is not
supplied with power.
Pairing has not been carried
out yet.
The camera is out of range.
No aerial has been screwed
onto or connected to the
wireless camera.
Aerial is not aligned properly.
Radio signal is blocked.
The receiving channel is
deactivated.
There are sources of
blinding light.
The camera is looking into a
bright area from a dark one.
No SD memory card inserted
SD memory card locked
SD memory card not formatted

Recommendation
Check if the camera is properly
connected to the power supply.
When the camera is properly supplied
with power, the „Power" status LED (8)
lights up.
See chapter: „10.1 Camera Setup Menu"
> „c) Pairing".
Position the camera closer to the
receiver.
Ensure that the aerial is properly
attached
Try to adjust the aerial positions on the
wireless camera and the receiver.
If this is the case, make sure that no
sources of interference are in the vicinity
of the wireless camera or the receiver
(e.g. reinforced concrete walls, metallised
mirrors, thermo windows, metal shelves,
other wireless devices such as WLAN
routers etc.).
Observe chapter „11.1 Camera Setup
Menu" > „a) Camera ON/OFF".
Ensure that there are no sources of
blinding light (sun, light sources, etc.).
Ensure that the camera is looking into a
bright area from a dark one.
Insert an SD memory card
Ensure that the SD memory card is not
locked.
Format your memory card, especially for
first use.
Observe chapter „11.2 Recorder Setup
Menu" > „b) Alarm Period".
