a. Installing of outdoor station (camera)
1.Flush mount the plastic box (3) taking care not to block the locking nuts of the roadside panel.
2. Remove the 2 screw covers (4) with a small screwdriver to put in the notch (5)
3. Plug the connecting wire observing the wiring diagram (fig.5)
4. Fix the roadside panel on the flush-mounted box with 2 special screws supplied (2)
5. Install the 2 screw covers (4)
Caution : Do not expose the camera to direct sun light or to reflective surface. As the camera is flush-mounted,
we strongly advice you to protect it from the rain with an inclined tile or any other mean.
Put a silicon gasket on the upper half between the external panel and the wall (6).
Tip: We recommend passing the cables through a protective sleeve to shield them from impacts and the weather.
b. Installing of monitor
1. Fix the wall-mounted support (2).
2. Connect the wires from the external camera observing the wiring diagram (fig.5).
3. Once the camera connected, connect the power plug (3).
4. Put the screen (1) on the wall support (2).
5. After being sure the installation is completed, connect the adapter power supply plug to mains outlet.
Note :
if the power supply cord is cut, respect polarity
5. WIRING
To avoid disturbance and malfunction risks, do not put "low current" wires in the same sheath as high current
wires.
Important !
If you try your product before installing it, please be sure not to do it with the roadside panel and the monitor in
the same room, otherwise the video door phone will produce a shrill sound
a. Connecting the video door phone
Use the following wires:
1. Connect the wires securely following the wiring diagram (fig. 5)
2. To connect the camera, only 4 wires are necessary for all the functions: ring tone, video image, door phone
+ 2 extra wires for door-opener control (a latch or an automatic control).
Caution :
In any case, do not double the wires to increase size
Observe the polarity between the screen and the external camera (no polarity is to be observed for the door-
opener control)
•Terminal "1" from the screen to the terminal "1" of the camera
•Terminal "2" from the screen to the terminal "2" of the camera
•Terminal "3" from the screen to the terminal "3" of the camera
•Terminal "4" from the screen to the terminal "4" of the camera
Important :
• For the wiring report to the label stuck on the rear of the monitor and the rear of the camera.
b. Connection of an electric catch or lock
If the installation includes a catch or an electric lock, provide two extra wires to connect the catch to the monitor
Connect the lock directly to terminals 5K and 6K on the back of the video camera.
Caution :
The power supply to the electric catch or lock is to be provided by an independent transformer which
