Read through the following operating instructions thoroughly before connecting or
operating the device. Not only do they provide you with the correct operating proce-
dure, they also help you to exploit all technical possibilities of the system.

2. Intended use

This surveillance system is intended for video and audio surveillance and recording.
For example, it can be attached and operated on a shirt (the camera is equipped
with an attachment clip).
The monitor can play the camera images as well as the sound live. In addition, the
monitor is equipped with internal memory (size: approx. 2 GB) and a Micro SD card
slot. Micro SD cards of up to 4 GB can be used (SDHC is not supported). The cam-
era images can be recorded and then played or archived on a PC or laptop using a
suitable card reader (optionally available) or via the provided USB cable.
The AV OUT connection (which also serves as the headset connection) allows you
to connect the monitor to a TV set or similar.
The monitor supports the following file formats: ASF (MPEG-4), AVI (DIVX, XVID),
3GP, MP4. The camera images are recorded in 3GP format.
The camera is powered by the monitor cable connection. The monitor may only be
powered using the provided wall power supply or the rechargeable battery (stand-
alone use).
Please note that you incur a penalty if you observe strangers with this camera with-
out their knowing and consent.
Any use other than the intended use described above is not permitted and may
harm the product and result in short circuits, fire, electric shocks etc. No part of the
product must be modified or rebuilt. The safety information in these operating
instructions has to be observed at all times. Please read the operating instructions
carefully and keep them for future reference.
