Hot steam flows from the stainless steel jug
Info:
through the condensate collection container
the perforated insert trays
to be steamed from every side. The even exchange of heat
creates a protective steaming process.
The food to be steamed does not come into direct contact
with liquid and thus does not dry out; it also retains more
of its valuable vitamins and nutrients. Flavours are not
transferred, so different meals can be cooked simultane-
ously on the insert trays.
The steam condenses and drops into the condensate col-
lection container. The special condensate drain prevents
the condensate from being fed back into the evaporation
process. This creates a stock in the condensate collection
container that can be used further, e.g for sauces or soups.
