Daily operation

D The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated
− by trained personnel,
− if the appliance is supervised,
− for the purpose designated in the instruction manual,
− if the cooking zone is undamaged.
D Only use bakeware and cookware that is suitable for ceramic ranges.
D Do not fry on the glass ceramic surface.
D Do not use the appliance as a storage or work surface.
D The user alone is responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the intended use.
D Do not cover any air vents on the appliance.
D If you cannot remedy malfunctions with the help of page 18 chapter 5. "Faults and remed-
ies", switch off the appliance and notify the customer service.

Risk of injury

D Caution, the appliance and pots and pans are hot during operation.
D Caution, the glass ceramic surface is still hot after operation.
D If the glass ceramic surface is cracked or broken, the appliance must be switched off and
the master switch on the front of the appliance must be turned off.
