• Insert the SD card (max. 2 GB, SDHC is not supported).
• Hold down the "Play/Pause" button (8) for about 3 seconds. The green "PLAY"
status LED (7) lights up. Let go of the "PLAY/PAUSE" button (8). The MP3 play-
er function is now active and the "PLAY" status LED (7) lights up green about
every 2 seconds.
• Press the "PLAY/PAUSE" button (8) to play the MP3 files.
• Press the "PLAY/PAUSE" button (8) to pause the MP3 file.
• Use the "Volume" button (4) to turn up (+) or turn down (-) the volume.
• Press the "BWD" button (11) to jump to the previous MP3 file or the "FWD" but-
ton (12) to jump to the next MP3 file.
• Hold down the "PLAY/PAUSE" button (8) for about 3 seconds to deactivate the
MP3 player function.
To save energy, we recommend putting the slide switch on the
bottom of the casing to the "MP3 Alarm" or the "BUZZER
Alarm" position when the MP3 function is not used.
21. Replacing the batteries
• Open the battery compartment (14) by pulling off the battery compartment lid.
• Remove the used batteries
• Insert 3 x 1.5V AA batteries into the battery compartment (14) with the correct
polarity.
• Close the battery compartment (14) by sliding the lid back on.
