Broccoli juice
Ingredients
▯ Broccoli
▯ Possibly a pear
Preparation
1) Prepare the broccoli by separating it into small rosettes.
2) Add the broccoli a little at a time to the appliance.
NOTE
► As broccoli has a low fluid content, it is possible that the appliance will
make unusual squeaking noises. This is normal and not an appliance
defect.
3) If desired, add a little pear (prepared according to the instructions) to the
appliance. The pear will alleviate the bitterness of the broccoli and also
compensate for the broccoli's low liquid content.
Blueberry and banana sorbet
Ingredients
▯ approx. 100 g blueberries
▯ 1.5 bananas
Preparation
1) Prepare the blueberries and bananas as per the instructions given in the
instruction manual for the slow juicer.
2) Fill the feed tube
3) Stir the sorbet produced once again with a spoon.
