Process Mail Sets with BCR

To process mail sets with BCR, select a BCR job or proceed as follows:
1. Load the documents and envelopes into the feeders. Place the documents with the
barcodes in the main document feeder, see for more information about the orientation:

2. If necessary, change the fold type. A Z-fold is not possible.
3.
Press reading
4. Press the Test Run [1x] icon to create one mail set and follow the instructions on
screen.
5. Press the green [Start] button to start the mail set production.

The first sheet of a set always contains the address. The code must
appear in the same location on every page.
