Condensate hoses

- Attach the condensate hoses (15/1) with hose clamps to
the condensate nozzle of the roof unit
- Install the condensate hoses with a steady downward
gradient to a suitable exit position at the bottom of the
vehicle
- Route the condensate hoses out of the vehicle, make
sure that a free flow of condensate is given
- Attach the hoses with cable ties
CAUTION:
Make sure the condensate hoses do not touch hot parts of
the vehicle, if necessary protect the hoses with heat
protection hoses

Compressor

NOTE:
The correct connection points for the pressure line and the
suction line can be found in the technical data sheet of the
compressor
NOTE:
Produce the refrigerant pipes in accordance with the
installation and servicing instruction.
- Attach the compressor bracket with screws and washers
to the engine. Make sure that the compressor V-belt
pulley fits to the engine V-belt pulley
- Attach the compressor to the compressor bracket. Make
sure that the compressor V-belt pulley fits to the engine
V-belt pulley
- Install the V-belt
- Adjust the V-belt tension with the set screws at the com-
pressor bracket
- Cut off the refrigerant pipes in accordance with the
connection points of the compressor
- Install the fittings to the refrigerant pipes and install the
pipes to the compressor
