3. General Description

3.1. Application

The pumps are suitable for pumping chemically aggressive fluids with solid particles (particle size, see 3.3.).
Applications are, for example, wastewater disposal in the industry and trade, lowering of surface water levels.
Used for emergencies in case of flooding.
With chemically aggressive components in the pumped fluid, it is important to observe the resistance of the pump
materials used. The pumps are suitable for both portable and for stationary operation. The installation can
performed free-standing on solid ground.
The minimum level of the medium must always be above the top of the suction strainer. The use is allowed in
sipping mode.
The temperature of the medium may be up to 35 °C, briefly up to 60 °C. The maximum density of the fluid is 1100
kg/m³ and the pH-value should be 5 - 12.
3.2. Type of Use
The pumps are designed for intermittent operation S3:

Switched on 30 minutes

Switched off 10 minutes

3.3. Construction

The fully submersible unit consists of the motor, the pump housing and the appropriate impeller. All main
components are generously dimensioned.
