Fitting the helical spring

Q
I nsert the narrower end of the helical spring
of the multifunctional holder
Ensure that the outwardly bent end of the helix points upwards
and insert it into the recess provided for it in the multifunctional
holder (see arrow in Fig. B).

Inserting / replacing soldering tips

CAUTION! DANGER OF BURNS! Allow the soldering pencil to
heat up without a soldering tip.
R emoval of a soldering tip
may only be done when the appliance has been switched off and
the soldering tip or attachment has cooled down.
A ll soldering tips and attachments have a screw thread and can,
therefore, be easily and quickly replaced on the soldering pencil
Turn the soldering tip or attachment anti-clockwise to remove it.
Turn the soldering tip or attachment clockwise to fix it in place.
