Solution
Remove glow plug. Pull pull-start 6-8 times, Beware
of spraying fuel.
Remove glow plug. Place glow plug in heater. If the
glow plug does not glow orange the plug maybe
dead. See also glow heater. (Wear gloves)
Place new glow plug in heater. If it glows dim or not
at all, replace heater battery.
Fill fuel tank. Prime engine by pulling pull-start once
while holding finger tip over muffler (Wear gloves).
Running at high temperatures may cause vapour
lock. Let the car cool down for 10-15 minutes.
Check temperature. If over 130 °C, richen carb mix-
ture. Check to make sure wheels spin freely.
Reattach pressure line from exhaust pipe to fuel
tank lid.
Wash with soap and water, then use air filter oil (No
50 003 2648).
Check carb-lock bolt and nut. Press carb onto
engine block, tighten nut to prevent air leak.
Switch power on receiver or transmitter
Check polarity and type of battery
Change batteries or charge them
Change batteries or charge them
Attach receiver antenna and/or transmitter antenna
screw tight
Run model in different area or change crystal
Make adjustment
Tighten wheel nuts
