3. Maintenance and Routine Care
Always keep the machine clean.
Change the hydraulic oil every 500 operating hours. Use commonly sold hydraulic
oil (HLP 46). Grease the cleaving column before every use to increase the service
life of sliding jaws. Only genuine spare parts should be used for replacement.
Check hydraulic houses and hose connections for leakage and rupture on a regular
basis.
Caution: Always replenish the oil with the cleaving column retracted !
Grease the cleaving column !
