16 6.4.4 Instructions Concerning The Master Data - Sartorius YP50K Betriebsanleitung

Data administration is carried out in the lower half only.
The desired database operation is initiated in the lower half, on
the right-hand side:
A new user interface is provided under "Add new record".
To modify a data set, click on the relevant line in the table and
edit the content in the displayed user interface. Store the change
via "Update database".
Click on "Delete selected record" to completely delete the select-
ed data set.
6.4.4 Instructions concerning the Master Data
6.4.4.1 Uncertainty Values for Air and Water Density
The standard values in the "Uncertainty values for air and water
densities" user interface can be overwritten.
Click on the "Update database" button to modify an entry.
6.4.4.2 Administer Balances
Changes to the content of the balance database take place in
"Balance data table".
Always enter the data necessary to identify the balance for
reasons of traceability.
Enter the weighing uncertainties of the Pycnometer for both
loading cases "C+W+O" and "C+W", i.e. Pycnometer with and
without test specimen. It is recommended to create several data
sets if the uncertainties at different nominal values are not
identical.
Detailed information concerning the weighing uncertainties
is available in the manual.
Enter the specified time span up to the taking of the required
measurement value in the field "Stabilization time".

Under "COM-port number", enter the number of the serial inter-
face via which the balance is connected to the PC. Call up the
Device Manager of the Windows operating software if necessary.
Enter exactly the same interface parameters as set in the
balance's operating program.
It is important for the functioning of communication between
the PC and the balance that the baud rate, parity, number of
data bits and number of stop bits are identical.
Complete the additional fields as follows:
