You can now either record further titles or quit the application (click in the menu bar
on the menu item "Audacity" and then on the menu item "Quit Audacity").
12. To save a recorded title as an MP3 file, you require the "Lame MP3 encoder". Before
you first save a title as an MP3 file, you must first download this once and extract it (see
"Downloading 'Lame MP3 encoder'" chapter).
Steps a and b must only be performed once when you first save a title as an MP3
file. From the second occasion and thereafter, the window from step c will appear
directly after you click on the "Save" button.
a. If you have selected the file type MP3, the following window will appear after you click
on the "Save" button:
Click on "Yes".
b. Once you have clicked "Yes", the following window will appear:
Select the folder in which the extracted file of the "Lame MP3 encoder" can be found
(here in the "Applications" directory in the "Audacity" folder), select the extracted file
(here "LameLib") and click on the "Open" button.
