reTurninG The device
To return a device already in use, you will
require an authorization number!
If you would like to return a device already in use to
Bürkert, proceed as follows:
→
Complete the Contamination Declaration included with
the original documents.
→
Send the declaration to the address indicated on the
form.
Bürkert will fax or e-mail you an authorization number to
return the device.
→
Pack the device in consideration of the information in
Chapter 13.1. Packing, Transporting.
→
Return the device to Bürkert quoting this authorization
number and the Contamination Declaration.
