INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Charging the batteries
ATTENTION:
Always charge the battery completely before using the
appliance.
Charge the battery for 24 hours to activate it before using
it for the first time.
Insert the charging adapter pin (B) into the charging socket
(F) on the appliance, then plug the charging adapter into a
wall socket.
The charging light (G) blinks during recharge.
When the light is steady, the recharge is complete and the
appliance will be ready for use.
The light (G) starts flashing slowly again when the battery is
becoming discharged and the appliance turns off after a cer-
tain period of time. Recharge the battery as required following
the instructions above.
Notes about charging
ATTENTION:
The appliance body may warm up during recharge; this
is normal.
Do not charge the appliance at temperatures below 5°C
(40°f) or above 40°c (105°f) as this could damage the
batteries.
If the appliance does not work, check it is properly con-
nected to the charging adapter (b), it is powered and
correctly connected.
If the operating time seems to be shorter after repeated use,
it does not mean that the appliance is faulty. This problem can
often be overcome by the following:
- Allow the appliance to continue running until the battery is
fully discharged and it stops working.
- Recharge the appliance.
- Repeat this procedure several times.
- This should improve the battery capacity and the useful
operational time of the appliance.
If the operating time remains short after carrying out this pro-
cedure, contact the Service Centre.
Sprayer assembly
Pour the window detergent into the sprayer (L) and close it.
Attach the microfibre cloth (H) to the cloth holder (I) and secure
it using the Velcro tabs (Fig. 2).
Insert the cloth holder on the upper end of the sprayer (L),
above the cap with the handle, by pressing it slightly (Fig. 3).
ATTENTION:
We recommend that you pour into the sprayer 50 ml of a
commercial window cleaner and then slowly fill the con-
tainer with clean water.
Sprayer use
Press the lever on the sprayer handle (L) and evenly apply the
detergent on the surface to be cleaned. Remove the dirt by
wiping the glass with the microfibre cloth (H) - Fig. 4.
ATTENTION:
Wipe in a circular motion to cover the whole surface.
Window cleaner use
Apply the squeegee (D) on the upper part of the appliance
body (A), by pushing until it locks (Fig. 5).
Press the ON/OFF switch (E) to start the appliance and then
vacuum up the dirty water by making circular movements from
top to bottom on the surface to be cleaned (Fig. 6).
ATTENTION:
Do not make circular and horizontal movements to pre-
vent the leakage of water from the tank.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
After use or when the dirty water in the tank (C) has reached
the maximum level, switch the appliance off by pressing the
switch (E) and remove the tank (C) - Fig. 7.
Empty the tank and rinse it thoroughly. Position the tank back
in its housing on the appliance body (A).
IMPORTANT possible
Remove the squeegee (D) from the appliance body (A) by
pressing the unlocking button (Fig. 8) and clean it under run-
ning water.
The microfibre cloth (H) can be washed in a washing machine
up to 60°C without adding softener.
ATTENTION:
Do not put the window cleaner in the dishwasher.
Let the components dry well before assembling them
again.
