LUBRICATION
Every 50 hours, lubricate the two impeller shaft grease fi ttings using a
grease gun. These can be easily reached through the Access Door (48) in
the op er a tor's compartment. Pump grease into the fi ttings until it starts to
seep out around the bearings. Wipe off excess grease.
Every 100 hours, lubricate the two Steering Shaft grease fi ttings and the two
Sprocket grease fi ttings near the rear wheel using a grease gun. For easy
access to this area, fi rst remove the Recovery Tank from the ma chine, then
remove the Sprocket Plate. Pump grease into the fi ttings until it starts to seep
out around the bearings. Wipe off excess grease.
SKIRT INSPECTION
Every 50 hours, inspect the rubber skirts all around the machine and in the
broom housing; replace if damaged or worn.
RECOVERY TANK MAINTENANCE
Every 50 hours, inspect the gaskets that seal against the bottom of the
re cov ery tank and around the recovery tank cover. Replace the gaskets if
they are damaged or not sealing properly.

SCHMIERUNG
Jede 50 Stunden sind die beiden Schmiernippel der Laufradwelle mit
einer Schmierpistole abzuschmieren. Die Schmiernippel sind durch die
Wartungsluke (48) im Fahrersitzbereich leicht zugänglich. Pumpen Sie
Fett in die Nippel, bis es entlang der Lager austritt. Überfl üssiges Fett
abwischen.
Jede 100 Stunden sind die beiden Schmiernippel der Lenkwelle und die
beiden Schmiernippel des Zahnrades nahe des Hinterrades mit einer
Schmierpistole abzuschmieren. Um sich leichteren Zugang zu diesem
Bereich zu verschaffen entfernen Sie zuerst den Auffangbehälter von der
Maschine, und entfernen Sie anschließend die Zahnrad-Platte. Pumpen
Sie Fett in die Nippel, bis es entlang der Lager austritt. Überfl üssiges Fett
abwischen.
INSPEKTION DER SCHÜRZEN
Jede 50 Stunden sind die Gummischürzen an der gesamten Maschine und
dem Besengehäuse zu inspizieren und bei Beschädigung oder Abnutzung
zu erneuern.
WARTUNG DES AUFFANGBEHÄLTERS
Jede 50 Stunden sind die Dichtungen am Boden des Auffangbehälters und
um die Abdeckung des Auffangbehälters zu inspizieren. Erneuern Sie die
Dichtungen, falls diese beschädigt oder undicht sind.
