 Use the arrows / to select a device code for
this brand name.
 Now try the universal remote control with your de-
vice. Depending on the type of device, you can
do this by pressing the POWER
AV, MUTE
(/////) . If the device does not re-
spond as expected, select a different code.
 When you have found a suitable device code, press
OK to save the code. PLEASE WAIT appears
again on the display, followed by the confirmation
message SUCCESS.
The remote control will then return to normal
operation.
An easier method is to enter the first let-
ters of a brand name. In this case, however,
the letters are arranged in the same way as
on a mobile phone and not in the manner
in which they appear on remote control:
Key 2 = A , B , C
Key 4 = G , H , I
Key 6 = M , N , O
Key 8 = T, U , V
Press the relevant key several times to enter the next
letter within the group (e.g. press 2 three times to en-
ter C ).
