Please read the safety notes! These instructions will make it easier for you
to handle the device appropriately and help prevent misunderstandings and
possible damage or injury.
Unpack the drill and mill rig and check all parts for any damage in transit.
Dispose of packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic
bags etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
Observe the safety notes of the machine manufacturer. Always pull the power
plug during maintenance, when not in use or if the workpieces are removed or
the drill bits are changed.
Always wear eye protection when working with the drill and mill rig.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed by a qualified person.
Do not use the unit if it becomes damaged.
Keep these operating instructions for further reference or pass it on along with
the unit if it is handed over to a third party!

Assembly

Required Tool: Spanner Size 14
1. Assemble the drill and mill rig as shown on page 8. Insert the rack (1) into the
opening in the drill table. Tighten the fixing screws (8).
2. Loosen one ball from the feed lever (7) and guide it through both openings on
the drill and mill rig.
3. Apply less lubrication oil on the rack (1). Move the machine support up and
down with the feed lever (7).
4. Tighten the machine support with the clamping lever (6) on the rack at the
desired length. Also tighten the clamping levers (12) and (14) in order to fix
the machine support straight on the rack. By doing this you will avoid
slackness of the machine support. The drill and mill rig is now assembled and
ready for use.
5. For mounting the drill and mill rig on a workbench, fix the drill table (9) with 4
M8 screws. Use the mounting holes (11) on the drill table. Make sure the drill
and mill rig is fastened on an absolutely level surface.

Adjusting the Drilling Depth and Drilling

1. Place the drilling machine into the opening on the machine support (5).
Tighten the drilling machine with the clamping lever (4). The unit is only
suitable for drill chuck diameter of 43 mm.
