Inspection
To maintain operational reliability, carry
out a visual inspection of the unit, in-
cluding the pipe connections, once a
month.

MAINTENANCE

The system must be serviced once a
year. A service contract can be con-
cluded with the manufacturer. It is im-
portant that the servicing intervals for
the compressor (as specified in the
compressor manual) are adhered to.
Before carrying out any work,
pull out the mains plug and en-
sure that the power supply to
the unit cannot be switched on again by
anyone else.
Check the plug and the mains
cable for signs of mechanical
and chemical damage. Dam-
aged or kinked hoses must be replaced.
Non-return valves in the compressor
unit must be replaced every 2 years.
To ensure continued reliability of ser-
vice, we recommend that you take out a
service contract.
CONTROL
The system is configured via the control
display.
The menu items, settings and values
are selected with the "arrow buttons" ▲
▼ and confirmed by pressing the -OK-
button. Use the -ESC- button to exit the
menu.
First use
When using for the first time, and after
a reset, the time and date must be set.
Language. The standard language is
German. The arrow buttons can be used
to switch to English, French, Dutch,
Swedish or Polish. Pressing -OK- con-
firms the selection.
Time. Each flashing digit must be se-
lected with the arrow button and con-
firmed with -OK-. Once the full time has
been set, a "Time OK?" query follows.
Confirm with -OK- or return with -ESC-.
Date. Each flashing digit must be se-
lected with the arrow button and con-
firmed with -OK-. The day of the week is
set automatically. Once the full date has
been set, a "Date OK?" query follows.

By pressing -OK- you can read off the
operating hours of the pressure pipe
cleaning system (PPCS) and the pres-
sure pipe ventilation (PPV), the last
starting time, temperature, current
consumption, operation of the system,
and software.
Modes of operation.
In the main menu, the arrow buttons
can be used to access the operating
modes menu. This menu allows you to
set the operating times of the unit on
the basis of various parameters.
Manual mode.
In manual operation, the components
such as the pressure pipe cleaning sys-
tem (PPCS), the pressure pipe ventila-
tion (PPV), the pump sump ventilation
(PSV), the heating and the ventilation
can be set individually by hand.
ATTENTION! Pumping also takes
priority over compressor operation
during manual operation.
ENGLISH
System settings.
In the main menu, the arrow buttons
can be used to access the system menu,
where individual settings and values
can be changed.
Logbook.
In the main menu, the arrow buttons
can be used to access the log, where all
error messages are recorded with the
date and time. The most recent error
message is shown on the display, and
the arrow buttons can be used to scroll
through previous error messages.
